Through the country’s IT guardian,Guest Posting the Public Data Innovation Improvement Organization (NITDA), government is looking to set up a Public Programming Strategy “that can go the distance and enough position programming made in Nigeria in the front of worldwide ICT market” as stressed by the Chief General of NITDA, Prof. Cleopas Angaye, himself a product designer with a huge number and a teacher of Software engineering.
